Bohol on a tight budget? Why not!
Last summer, I went back to Bohol (Panglao Island specifically) with some of my closest friends at what might probably be the most budget trip I’ve ever had so far. For four days and 3 nights, with both countryside and island hopping tours, lodging, and airfare (thanks, pisofare!), the whole trip just cost us around P5,000 per person.

Bohol has got to be one of my favorite places in the Philippines – the fine white sand, clear waters, amazing sunsets (and sunrises), diverse wildlife, historical sites, not to mention the Chocolate Hills!

These are just few of the reasons why I always look forward to going back here. There’s so much to do and so much to explore, and it’s all up to you whether you want to rough it up with ATV rides along the famous hills, or just chill it out on the island’s laid-back shores.

Day 1: Manila > Tagbilaran > Panglao Island
Day 2: Bohol Countryside Tour – Blood Compact Site, Baclayon Church & Museum, Hanging Bridge, Loboc River Cruise, Python Sanctuary, Butterfly Garden, Tarsier Sanctuary, Chocolate Hills
Day 3: Dolphin Watching & Island Hopping (Balicasag Island and Virgin Island)
